Admission into Horizon High School
A complete application includes:
- Student application form
- Student transcript/s from any high school attended
- Student handbook - many forms to be signed
- Full supervised drug panel (bring documentation of a witnessed UA) which includes quantitative analysis for THC
- Student enrollment agreement
- Procedures and rules for using computers and using internet (parent and students sign permission form)
- Behavioral records from previous schools or agencies
- Recovery packet / treatment records
- IEP/504 Plan (if appropriate)
- Application fee: $100Doc
TUITION & FEES:
- Application Fee: $100 payable with submission of application
- Semester Tuition: $6000 $1000 deposit required to reserve each student spot
All fees are non-refundable, with some exceptions, listed
in the policy statement on refunds.
